Jenni Lynch began her restaurant career in 1994 at Gautreau’s, an intimate fine dining restaurant located in Uptown New Orleans. Mentored by proprietor Patrick Singley, Jenni learned all aspects of the restaurant business from hostess, to server to management. 1998 found Jenni in New York City as senior dining room manager at Aquagrill, a highly acclaimed, upscale neighborhood restaurant specializing in fresh fish and seafood. September of 2001 brought Jenni back to her beloved city of New Orleans where she became manager at Bayona, working with co-owners Chef Susan Spicer and Regina Keever for six and a half years. In early 2010, Susan asked Jenni to be the General Manager of MONDO, her newest culinary adventure in Lakeview. Since opening June 12th, MONDO has already become a New Orleans gem, mixing friendly service, a great bar and Susan’s “flavors of the world with a New Orleans accent”.
